With deep-embedded roots in the small agriculture town of Yerington, Nevada, Justin Lee knows what it means to be country. With his self-titled EP release in April 2015, Justin burst onto the country music scene. The up-and-coming musician has gone from playing in a cover band with his buddies to performing on the same stage as acts like The Band Perry, Parmalee and Jake Owen. “I started playing country music because it truly grabbed me,” Lee said. “The first cassette I ever owned was Garth Brooks’ Ropin’ in the Wind.” Justin’s passion for country music and his knowledge of what it truly means to be country makes him a newcomer to keep your eyes on. Justin will be performing at ShipKicker in Long Beach and Night in the Country, Nevada’s largest country music festival, in 2015. He also recently named Boys & Girls Clubs of Mason Valley in Yerington his official charity, donating a portion of his EP sales to the youth and sharing his love of music through up-close concerts.
